Ingredients: triptófano (400 mg/cápsula), espesante (hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa), stabilizer (cellulous microcrystalline), vitamin C, emulgente (magnésicas fatty acid salts), antibinder (silicon dioxide), colouring (iron oxides and hydroxides), B6 vitamin.

Recommendation of consumption: 2 capsules to the day, one to mid-morning and another one to average afternoon.
