Transport DamageCustomers must report transport damage within 10 business days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage and original packaging. After verification, a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy protects both our customers and our specialized products that require careful handling due to their energetic properties. 
Exclusion of ReturnsAll returns for change of mind, product selection errors, improper use, or any reason unrelated to transit are expressly excluded. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. Our radionic and alchemical products are energetically programmed and cannot be resold once they have been in the possession of a customer. 
Claims ProcedureTo claim transport damage, customers must email alquimia@elgrial.com with photos of the damage, original packaging, and order number. Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of product receipt. Our customer service team will respond within 48 business hours to verify the claim and initiate the replacement process. 
Liability DisclaimerThis policy replaces any previous agreement and is binding for both parties. The company is not liable for damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or factors unrelated to the shipping process. All sales are final with no monetary refunds under any circumstances. Our products are designed for specific energetic purposes and require proper understanding and handling to maintain their integrity and effectiveness. 
Special Considerations for Radionic ProductsImportant Notice: Radionic devices and alchemical preparations are considered final sale items due to their energetic programming and personalized nature. Once a radionic device leaves our facility, it carries the energetic signature of our workshop and begins its unique journey with the customer. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of any radionic equipment, Ormus preparations, or alchemical products unless they have been physically damaged during shipping. 
Why we have this policy: Our specialized products (radionic machines, Ormus preparations, alchemical elixirs) are energetically programmed and calibrated. When they leave our facility, they begin establishing a unique energetic connection with their owner.
